Roster and assignments
Today's crew and unit assignments, pulled from the scheduling system the agency already uses.
Fire and EMS station displays
StationGlance is a cloud-managed display for the station. Crews see who is on, where they are assigned, and what the officer needs them to know.
The roster is usually written down somewhere. It is often not where the crew is when they walk in from the bay.
Erased, rewritten, and wrong by the time the next shift reads it.
A roster from this morning, still on the wall after assignments change.
The schedule is open on a desktop down the hall. The bay does not have it.
ACJ ships a pre-configured kit. The station mounts it. An agency admin confirms receipt, and the display activates.

Roster and assignments are pulled from the agency's scheduling system, such as Aladtec.

A small player and a screen, on standard power or Power over Ethernet. No on-site IT setup.

The wall shows today's roster, assignments, announcements, training, and captain or officer messages. If the network drops, the last roster stays up for 24 hours by default, then the screen goes blank.
Today's roster and the messages posted for the crews, with approval before a captain message goes up.

Post both to the boards. Whether those posts need approval is an agency setting.
Captain messages go through two-step approval. Urgent notices can bypass that step; they are logged and expire. An emergency off switch covers messages across the agency.
Displays keep the last roster for 24 hours by default when the network drops, then go blank.
StationGlance does not take remote screenshots of station screens. Access is role-based, actions go to a full audit trail, and admins sign in with MFA. Each agency's data is isolated. The product is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States (Central US).
Agency staff will sign in with their own Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra accounts, with MFA. That sign-in is coming soon.
