Who would operate this site

ACJ Public Safety LLC, Akron, Ohio, would be the operator of stationglance.com and of the StationGlance product.

For counsel: add a mailing address and a privacy contact before publication.

This marketing site

The pages on stationglance.com are static. In this build:

  • There is no form backend and no account on this website.
  • There are no third-party analytics or advertising tags.
  • "Request a demo" opens the visitor's email program addressed to support@stationglance.com. The message is not submitted to a StationGlance server by this website.

For counsel: confirm the host (planned: Cloudflare Pages), what logs the host keeps, including IP addresses, and how long those logs last.

The StationGlance application

The product application is separate, at app.stationglance.com. It is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States (Central US). This draft does not describe application data.

For counsel: write the product privacy notice before an agency is asked to agree to one. Cover roster data, messages, audit logs, admin MFA, retention, subprocessors, and Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Entra sign-in when that ships. Staff sign-in is not available yet.

Cookies

For counsel: state whether this marketing site sets cookies. The site code does not add analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies or similar identifiers required to serve or protect the site. Confirm and describe them.

For counsel: StationGlance is aimed at fire and EMS agencies. Add any statement you want about children.
